I think this is too ridiculous to be a law. The same adults who made this law use to be teens and know exactly what it is like to be told what to do. Teens are rebellious, so why tell them not to do something this is a natural way to show affection to someone you kind about and love. Adults know what it's like to be in true love at a young age, many people marry their high school even middle school love. Us live!
