I think it's sad that some people don't use their seatbelts.I understand that it can get on your nerves.But you would have to look pass that because your life is at risk at the sametime.The safety also for the passengaers in the wheel especially if there under age.
Ms.k This article was interesting about the risk obese people take while driving in a car with no seatbelt i do think manufactures should also make seat belts according to overweight people.
