Below are the assignments for which you will receive a grade this marking period. Please go through each assignment and make sure that you have completed it. If you didn't complete an assignment, please do it TODAY!
1. PowerPoint Presentation Notes: You should still have the notes from your classmates' presentations. Please turn these in. 100 points.
2. Your PowerPoint Presentation: Did you do it? If so, then great. If not, then show me your slideshow, and make sure it is ready to present to Ms. Plappert. YOU CANNOT GRADUATE WITHOUT PRESENTING YOUR POWERPOINT PRESENTATION TO HER! Your in-class presentation is worth 500 points.
3. Warm-ups: Since we got back from Spring Break, we have completed 8 warm-ups on the class website. Have you done all 8? Go back and check. 80 points (10 points for each one).
4. Yearbook Page: We created a on-line yearbook profile page. Did you finish yours? Is it perfect? Go check your page at http://healthyearbookproject.pbwiki.com. 100 points.
5. Teacher Love Letters: Did you write your favorite teachers a letter of gratitude and appreciation? If not, you can post your letters on-line at http://ohsteacherlove.wikispaces.com, or you can handwrite your letters, and seal them in an envelope. 50 points for each - 1 required - do up to 3 letters.
6. Comic Book: Did you create your Senior Year Comic Book? If not, do so through COMIC LIFE, and email your page to ms.kingsbury@verizon.net. 100 points.
7. Kingsbury Technology Survey: Did you complete our on-line tech survey? If not, please go to http://kingbsurytechsurvey.wikispaces.com. 100 points.
8. Letter to the Class of 2013: Did you write your Letter to the Class of 2013? If not, please do so and post it to http://ohs09to13.wikispaces.com. 100 points.
9. Senior Year Timeline: Did you complete and email to ms.kingsbury@verizon.net your Senior Year Timeline created using Inspiration? If not, go to https://sites.google.com/site/english4homepage/ and click on the attachment at the bottom of the page labeled Timeline. 100 points.
10. Extra Credit: Not that you need it, but if you do, there are many extra credit opportunities posted on this website below. Take advantage!
Our last grade will be our final exam, which will consist of essays that you will type and post onto one final website as yet to be determined. Period 2 will take its final on Wednesday, May 27, and Period 3 will take its final on Thursday, May 28. Be prepared to type!

Prom is going to be popping its worth all of the money and the running around that i have been doing with my friends....i am going with my bestfriend Saleem and we gonna turn that prom upside down.
Prom better not be a waste of time. i invested a lot of money into this thing and was very costly. so it better be worthwhile!!!!!!!!
Prom is whatever you make it out to be. it can be a privilege but more of a right because you did pay for it
I can't wait wait until prom. I I'm waiting to see how many people will attend. I am going with myself, and I'm wearing royal blue and silver. To me it's a right, because we deserve to do something fun as a school together our last year.

Prom better pop because all the money that i put out for it. i think its a right to go so you wouldn't look back and regret it. Im def. looking forward to it.
To me prom is a privilege because you have to work for things in life, but i'm not going to prom, but for every body else i hope it is fun and something everybody that is going to look forward to although i wanted to go i'm not.
I am looking forward to prom, my thoughts on this years prom is that its going to do one thing cause all my friends are going. Im going to prom with someone who doesnt go here, i am wearing white. it is worth all the $$ like its the last event of our high school years. well i'm not going on prom but it would have been nice to go but that's okay it's not that big of a deal to me anyway.

Prom is going to be good because im going to be there. It is worth the time but not the money. Im going with ramika and prom is a right because seniors deserve to do something special with there friends for their last year.
I think prom is the worth all the time and the money because you only get to do this once....i think you should go all out for a once in a lifetime thing...like graduating from the 12 th grade....im going with my best friend / cousin. I think its gonna be fun. i do think its earned, like if you dont do work, why should you get to celebrate nd have fun with your friends.

i think that the easiest part of my senior year is coming to school.. the hardiest part was the senior project and presenting it.
